*Zoidberg voice* It’s the next year already? Hooray!

Hello Acobabies! Nirav here. I want to first thank everyone who’s listened to the show even once this year. This started from a really stupid joke I made while tossing around ideas with friends in a Discord, and I must admit my longtime friend and collaborator Jess is partially responsible for the idea to make this show.

Regardless, we’re closing out the year with close to 700 listens across 10 episodes over 5 months! I am very pleased with our progress and how the show quality has progressed (we really recommend you start at Ep 7).

If anyone is interested, our 2024 demographics show that our audience is 97% female, which means Kyle probably is the only man listening along. We love you buddy! About 89% of our audience is in the United States, with a few percentage points each in Canada, the UK, and strangely Latvia. 75% of our listeners are using Spotify as their preferred listening platform, and our audience is 98% ages 18-34, with a single ancient soul in the 35-44 age group. I maintain that more than half of our audience is composed of truckers despite these demos.

As we roll into the new year and finish out the first book, we’ll be heading into Season 2 sometime in March to get into A Court of Mist and Fury. We have a special roundtable episode planned with some guests as our Season 1 finale, as well as a crossover episode with a similar podcast!
